Merch Shops is in early access, so features reach early-access brands first. We tell you exactly what is switched on for your store before you publish.

Your own domain: Run the shop on shop.yourbrand.com with SSL handled for you. Every store also gets its own address on our platform for previews.
Pricing your way: Put a markup on your cost across the board, or set every price yourself. Add compare-at prices when something is on sale.
Collections, menus and pages: Group products into collections, build your navigation, and add the pages a real store needs, like a size guide or an about page.
Checkout and payouts: Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Money from sales lands in your own payout account, not ours.
Shipping options shoppers understand: Free, flat rate, free over a threshold, or simply what the shipping costs. You decide what the shopper sees.
The analytics you already use: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel with Conversions API, and Microsoft Clarity. A consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2 is built in.

What is Merch Shops?

Merch Shops is a branded online store run by Merch.com. It sells the merch we already produce and warehouse for your brand, so the product, the storefront and the shipping are one system. You pick the products and the prices, and we fulfill every order.

Is Merch Shops live?

Merch Shops is in early access. We are setting stores up alongside the brands we already produce for, and opening it wider as each piece is proven. If you sell on Shopify today, Shopify Connect is fully live and you can use it right now.

How is Merch Shops different from Shopify?

Shopify is a store builder, and you still have to source, stock and ship the product. Merch Shops starts from the other end: the merch is already made and sitting in our warehouse, so a store is the last step, not the first. If you love your Shopify store, keep it and connect it to us instead.

I already have a Shopify store. Do I need Merch Shops?

No. Install the free Merch.com app from the Shopify App Store and orders for your merch flow straight to our warehouse, with tracking written back to Shopify. Merch Shops is for brands that want a store without running Shopify.

What can I sell in a Merch Shop?

Products we produced for your brand and hold in stock: apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, tech accessories and more. A shop sells what the warehouse holds, so shoppers never buy something that cannot ship.

Can I build a company store for employees?

Yes. A Merch Shop works well as an employee store where people buy their own gear. If the company is paying, use a campaign today: it gives you invite-only access, email-domain and password gates, spend limits and per-person order caps, and we ship from the same warehouses.

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every store gets an address on our platform, and you can preview it privately before anything is public. When you are ready, connect a domain you own, such as shop.yourbrand.com, and we handle the SSL certificate.

Who handles shipping, and where do you ship?

We do. Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our warehouses with tracking sent to the shopper. Merch Shops launches selling to US shoppers in US dollars. Shopify Connect already routes orders across our US, UK and EU warehouses.

How much does Merch Shops cost?

Building and previewing a store is free. Publishing it is on a monthly plan, and you still pay for the merch and fulfillment like any other order. We walk every early-access brand through pricing before anything is billed.
