Merch Shops is a branded online store we run for you. It sells the merch we already produce and hold for your brand, so the products, the storefront and the shipping are one system. You pick what to sell and set the prices. We build the store and ship every order.
If you already sell on Shopify, you may want Shopify Connect instead, which leaves your store where it is and plugs our warehouse in behind it.
#What your store includes
- Your products, your prices. Put a markup on your cost across the board, or set every price yourself, with compare-at prices for sales.
- Collections, menus and pages. Products grouped the way you want them, your own navigation, and the pages a real store needs.
- Your own domain. Your store runs on a domain you own, such as
shop.yourbrand.com, with the SSL certificate handled for you. - Checkout and payouts. Shoppers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money from your sales goes to your own payout account.
- Shipping options. Free, flat rate, free over a threshold, or simply what the shipping costs. You decide what the shopper sees.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, with a consent banner and Consent Mode v2 built in.
- Protection rules. The same store protection rules a connected Shopify store uses.
- Fulfillment. Every order is picked, packed and shipped from our warehouses, with tracking sent to the shopper.
#What you can sell
A Merch Shop sells merch we produced for you and hold in stock, so you are never selling against a supplier lead time. Merch Shops sells to shoppers in the US, in US dollars.
#How a store gets built
Stores are set up with our team rather than assembled by you in a dashboard. You tell us what you want to sell and how you want it to look, we build it, and you review it privately before anything is public. Nothing goes live until you are happy with it.
#What it costs
Building your store and previewing it costs nothing. Running it is on a monthly plan, and the merch and its fulfillment are billed like any other order with us. We walk you through the numbers before anything is billed.
